What do we do?

TRAVEL: Our tours are fully guided and we do the driving! We'll pick you up at the airport and set off from there. You will travel in the comfort of a new 9-passenger van with air conditioning, reclining seats and great storage space.  Although our tours have a specific itinerary that will be determined with group input, we are quite flexible! By doing our own driving, we can cater to individual needs. Often we discover events of interest while en route and we can usually make adjustments to our schedule.   On some tours, you may have some free time and are seeking advice about what to see or do - we are always available to help you plan!

HOTELS: The hotel accommodations are “old world” style, but of good quality and comfort with private bath and other amenities.  They also offer good meals and are situated in convenient areas close to shopping and excursions. Want to stay in a castle? Love B&Bs? We can arrange a variety of hotels to suit any budget.

COMMUNICATION: In preparation for the tour you will have an itinerary that includes daily information and hotel addresses and telephone numbers.  We have a French cell phone in the case that you should have to be contacted in an emergency and and we can help you to stay in contact by internet / email.

FOOD: While touring with us, your breakfasts and evening meals are included in the price, with some exceptions of course!* The meals are very good! Breakfasts are continental with fresh bread, croissants and rolls. Juice, coffee, hot chocolate and tea are always the norm.  In some cases, we enjoy other special items including fresh fruit, home made jams & jellies, cheese and yogourt. Our evening meals are a culinary experience! We generally eat from “table d’hote” menus with plenty of choices. In all cases, the food is fresh and reflects the region we are visiting. In addition, we enjoy excellent wines and mineral water with coffee and tea to conclude. *If you would like to order something special, simply pay for it when the bill comes.

WHAT'S INCLUDED and WHAT ISN'T: Since they are customized tours - it's up to you! Normally, airport transfers, transportation while in France, accommodation, breakfast, dinner, admission to selected tourist sites are included while airfare, lunch, travel insurance, personal spending money, alcohol (with the exception of wine with dinner) are not included.

PRICES: We base our tours on the principle of an all-inclusive package. A personalised quote will be provided. If you should like to adjust your itinerary, we can adjust the price accordingly.

BOOKING AIRFARE: Our travel agent can reserve your tickets if you require assistance - we often find that most of our groups tend to book through us.  If you wish to travel independently, we can make arrangements to meet you en route or at our first hotel.

PAYMENT: A $300.00 non-refundable deposit per person is required to book the tour. Payment must be made, in full, at least 1 month before the start of the tour. Payment schedules will be included with the quote.
